Meet our keynote
Susannah Scaroni is a six-time Paralympic medalist, earning one gold, one silver, and four bronze medals. She is a two-time Boston Marathon champion (2023, 2025), three-time New York City Marathon champion (2022, 2024, 2025), and two-time Chicago Marathon champion (2022, 2025), as well as the 2025 Sydney Marathon champion. Susannah also holds the world best in the marathon and is a two-time Abbott World Marathon Majors Series champion (2022, 2025). A proud University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign alum, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics in 2014 and her Master of Science in Nutritional Sciences in 2022, becoming a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.
