The Collegiate and Professional Sports Dietitians Association (CPSDA) empowers its members to be the authority in sports nutrition. It is with this vision and the mission of creating leaders who elevate the profession of sports nutrition through ethical, science-based, cutting edge care that inspired the CPSDA Board of Directors to create this interactive toolkit for its members.

The CPSDA Elevate Toolkit consists of six in-depth modules designed to help you take a deep dive into your sports nutrition program, your role as a dietitian within your organization and within your own set of values. Written by veteran sports dietitians, and reviewed by CPSDA members in the collegiate, professional sports and tactical settings, this self-guided approach will help you evaluate or establish your personal and professional mission, vision, and values, and help you assess your role within your organization. It will help you develop methods around attaining resources and ultimately bringing your service model to life in a way that is fulfilling to you, while encouraging you to continuously foster growth and improvement. With versions available specific to the collegiate, professional sports and tactical settings, this long overdue resource will help sports dietitians in any setting harness the potential within their program and within themselves.

If you have been looking for a practical guide to take you to the next level, get ready to work because this is it!

Now offered with a community of other toolkit purchasers to collaborate with!

We are excited to announce the Elevate Toolkit community. A place for toolkit purchasers to share progress, express challenges and bounce ideas off one another, facilitated by former CPSDA President and Elevate Toolkit contributor and editor, Chelsea Burkart. As the Elevate Toolkit Facilitator, Chelsea Burkart hosts open forum discussions driven by content within a given module. Toolkit purchasers are invited to join any discussion call that meets them where they're at within progress through the modules. Attendance is not tracked, the agendas are loose to allow for robust discussion around topics that surface, and sports RDs get the opportunity to connect with one another while working through similar challenges, sharing ideas and lessons learned. Call attendees consistently report leaving calls with new ideas, fresh motivation, and a sense of camaraderie that is often missing from the daily grind.
