How to find internship/volunteer opportunities

Details to include when reaching out to Sports RD’s for internships/volunteer opportunities

  • Polite Intro/Greeting- include their name
  • Specific Dates/Timeline for experience
  • Interest in working under this particular sports RD
  • How you can help them, skill set you can offer (develop infographics, organize data, etc)
  • Ask if hands on or virtual experience is available
  • Thank them for their time
  • Include signature
