Lauren Link, MS, RD, CSSD is a registered dietitian and Board-certified specialist in sports dietetics. She is the director of sports nutrition at Purdue University, where she played women’s soccer. With degrees in dietetics and health & kinesiology, Lauren began her professional career as a clinical dietitian with St. Vincent's Hospital before returning to her alma mater to work as a sports dietitian. She is passionate about life after sport, and has led multiple initiatives to this end, including starting a student-athlete community garden and spearheading a program called BLAST—Boiler Life After Sport. She also published her first book on the subject in 2017, The Healthy Former Athlete.

Collegiate and Professional Sports Dietitians Association (Accredited Provider CP294) is approved by the Commission on Dietetic Registration to provide continuing education to Registered Dietitians. This program is eligible for 1.0 CPEUs Activity# 154824
